Description
Firearm raffle winners must be 21 years of age, a U.S. Citizen, and must pass the 4473. Firearms can only be picked up by the actual raffle winner or if outside of Arizona we will ship the Firearm to your Local FFL Dealer. Failure to pass the 4473 will result in forfeiting the firearm and an alternate prize may be substituted at the discretion of CHA.
No tickets will be mailed or sent to buyer as they are computer generated and your receipt is your entry. No phone orders or sales for Raffle tickets allowed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS, THIS RAFFLE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATE RULES ON RAFFLES.
NOTE: Online raffle are prohibited in Alabama, Hawaii, Kansas, New Jersey and Washington.
